National Librarian's Day Report

 

The library of our college celebrated the National Librarian’s Day programme in collaboration with IQAC on the auspicious occasion of birth anniversary of  Dr. S.R.Ranganathan on 13^th  August , who is known as the father of Library and Information Science of India.

The principal of the college Dr. V.S. Sonawane presided over the programme.

The Lirarian, Prof. Thakare N.B. delivered a lecture on the biographical sketch of Dr. S.R.Ranganathan.

While Prof. Nahire in his lecture emphasizing on the value of reading and books in human life.

At the end of the programme Prof. Nikam proposed vote of thanks.
